Covid Advice for patients and visitors to Windsor Medical Centre.
Windsor Medical Practice operates a strict Covid policy in order to protect the health of our staff and that of our patients. Please do not come to the surgery with even the mildest of CoVID symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, muscle aches, sore throat or loss of smell or taste). If you have COVID, we are conducting remote consultations by telephone and video call and it can be helpful to augment these with photo’s where appropriate. For example, if you have a rash or sore throat. If you are told to self isolate we can provide a sick note as the government have withdrawn your ability self-certify. If you have a face covering please bring it to your consultation as this is still required in medical establishments and put it on before entering the surgery. Face coverings, social distancing and handwashing remain the best way to avoid infection. CoVID-19 vaccination booster sessions continue to be held at Fort Regent. Please note that we do not have any Covid vaccines at the surgery.

We promise to see you the same day, or the next day – and if we fail to do that for any reason, we will not charge you for your appointment.
